How can I enroll into Evolus Rewards™️ if I don't receive enrollment text messages?

To enroll into Evolus Rewards™️ you'll need a valid U.S. cell phone number. When enrolling at a practice or online with Evolus, you'll be issued an enrollment link via text message. If you fail to receive this text message, you can elect to instead receive the enrollment link to your preferred email address.

When done, you will continue to receive communications regarding Evolus Rewards™️ via email instead of text message. To redeem any available reward after treatment, we'll issue the magic phrase to you via a phone call.

Please note this alternate enrollment path is currently only available when enrolling at your local participating practice.
