A patient is able to receive their magic phrase via either text message or a phone call. If a patient wants to opt back into receiving text messages, they can do so by texting START to 386-587. However, if a patient has chosen to opt-out of receiving text messages (once enrolled in Evolus Rewards™️), they can continue to participate and redeem rewards on Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) treatments by receiving their magic phrase via phone call. During check-in for Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) treatment, practice staff can select “phone call” as the preferred delivery method for the magic phrase.
