To redeem an available reward, we need to validate this request. A magic phrase (two-word phrase) will be sent to the mobile phone number associated with your account. This can be sent only via text message or via phone call. If you have opted out of text communications, please text START to 386-587 to subscribe to the program and receive text messages – including the Magic Phrase- again.

If you are unable to receive this magic phrase while in-office, it is not possible to complete the redemption of an available reward.
