Can’t wait to get your hands on your shipment? We get it.

You may check your order status anytime via the Evolus Practice App or Portal (myevolus.evolus.com). To do so, begin by selecting the “Order” tab and viewing order summary details.

Received: This means we have received and are processing your order.

Shipped: Time to get excited! Your order has shipped and is on its way to the delivery address provided.

Once your order ships, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the account administrator. Additionally, you can track your shipments from the Evolus Practice App/Portal by navigating to that order under Order History.

As a general guideline, any order placed Monday-Thursday prior to 3:30pm PST will ship same-day, if delivery is requested the next day.
