After redeeming your first time welcome reward, all subsequent rewards will not be available to use immediately. These will become active 90 days after being issued. It is not possible to redeem them prior to this time.

<b>Is it possible to redeem a reward after it has expired?</b>

Rewards will expire 15 months after being issued. Rewards cannot be extended. It is recommended that you check in with Evolus Rewards™️ during all Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) treatment appointments at participating Evolus Rewards™️ practices to ensure that a new reward is available.
