  • What does the Profile Status mean?

    Live: Your profile is currently active and visible on Jeuveau.com, making it accessible to potential patients.

    Incomplete: Your profile is Incomplete and not visible on Jeuveau.com.

    Disabled: Your FAS Practice Profile is disabled and, therefore, not visible on Jeuveau.com. Contact support for assistance if needed.

    Under Review: Your profile is currently under review by our Internal Team. Please allow up to 2 days before checking Jeuveau.com to confirm if it is live.

    FAS Inactive: Your profile is inactive due to no recent purchases. To make your profile visible on Jeuveau.com, ensure at least one vial has been purchased within the last 12 months.

  • When will my FAS profile go live?

    Your FAS profile will go live upon completion and approval by our Internal Team, typically within 48 hours, provided there has been at least one vial purchase within the last 12 months.

  • How can I update my FAS profile?

    Only Admin users can update the FAS Profile within the Portal. To make updates, select the "Edit Profile Details" button, modify the relevant sections, and save your changes. Updates to live profiles will appear immediately on the “Find A Practice” page upon page refresh.

  • How can I complete my FAS profile?

    If your profile is marked as "Incomplete," navigate to the FAS Profile page and follow the steps provided to complete your profile. Please note, that only Admin users have access to the FAS Profile in Portal.
