A patient is able to receive their magic phrase via both text message or a phone call. In the event that a patient has chosen to opt-out of receiving text messages (once enrolled in Evolus Rewards) they can continue to participate and redeem and earn rewards on treatments with Evolus products by receiving their magic phrase via phone call. During check-in for a treatment with Evolus products, practice staff can select phone call in as the preferred delivery method for the magic phrase.
