When an eligible patient receives a treatment with an Evolus product, they should be checked-in via Evolus Rewards in the web application. If a patient has an available reward, then this can be redeemed through the check-in process. They will need their mobile phone with them in order to receive a magic phrase (via SMS or phone call) that will enable them to complete the redemption process with staff at the practice. The $40 discount should then be applied by the practice to the total cost of their treatment with an Evolus product.
