Can’t wait to get your hands on your shipment?! We get it.
You may check your order status anytime via the Evolus Practice App. To do so, begin by selecting “Order” and viewing order summary details.
- Received: This means we have received and are processing your order. (Shipment has not occurred at this stage.)
- Shipped: Time to get excited! Your order has shipped and is on its way to the delivery address provided.
Once your order ships, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the account administrator. Additionally, you can track your shipments from the Evolus Practice App by navigating to that order.
As a general guideline, any order placed Monday-Thursday prior to 4pm PST guarantees the order will ship same-day for a next-day delivery.
